We are looking for a chef for summer 2026 (late May to late August).

You will work closely with our head chef Karin and help run the daily operations in the kitchen. You will lead the team, ensure everything runs smoothly and that the food maintains top quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a sous chef or similar

• Is a strong leader and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and speaks English (the language used in the kitchen)

• Has a genuine passion for food

Summer 2026 is approaching faster than we think, and as always we need a wonderful team who want to spend the summer in Grebbestad.

We have 9 hotel rooms, Böstebar where we host live concerts every evening, and Böstebo, our restaurant, which is open daily from breakfast until late evening.

Experience is a plus, of course, but the most important thing is that you are a positive person with a great attitude who can give our guests the best service and experience when they visit us. We also expect applicants to have their own accommodation arranged, as this is not something we can provide.
